General Terms and Conditions

The costs for the two-week seminar are 790.00 euros. That includes:

• my assistance for 8 or more hours per day
• learning material on several topics
• the group dinner on the day of arrival, the Thuringian barbecue, the group farewell dinner
• the guided tours of the cities of Eisenach, Erfurt and Weimar
• the train tickets to Erfurt and Weimar
• the ticket for the guided tour through Wartburg Castle
• our booking and bank charges

Please note: The charge for your choice of accommodation will be invoiced separately.

Additional costs (to be paid by the seminar guests themselves):

• the group dinner at the historic restaurant in Eisenach on the third day
• food and beverages during the day and in the evening
• any costs that arise with individual freetime activities
• any costs that arise for transportation from and to your home town
• any costs that your bank charges for payment

Payment details:

1. Before IRISA can confirm your course and accommodation booking, you need to pay either:
   • A deposit: 150.00 euros for the course itself plus 150.00 to 250.00 euros for accommodation (depending on your choice of accommodation)
   • Payment in full: if you are booking less than 3 weeks before the course start date
2. 21 days before arrival you need to pay the balance of your course and accommodation fees
3. All payments should please be made in Euro to the bank account that will be stated in your booking confirmation. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept payment by credit card, debit card, or traveller´s cheques.

Terms of payment:

• IRISA is not responsible for any bank transfer charges. Payment must be received in full. Please instruct your bank to remit the full amount plus additional funds to cover ALL bank transfer charges. You will be asked to pay for any outstanding bank transfer charges on the first day of your course.
• Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation of courses BEFORE arrival:
  • 61 + days: We will refund all fees minus our booking and bank charges (at least 20 euros)
  • 21 - 60 days: We will refund all fees minus the course deposit and the accommodation deposit
  • 5 - 20 days: We will refund 30 % of the total price
  • 0 - 4 days: We will refund 10 % of the total price
• Cancellation of courses AFTER arrival:
  • If you cancel or curtail your course after arrival in Germany, payments made cannot be refunded under any circumstances. This also applies if you are refused a visa.
• If a seminar guest wishes to transfer his attandance to another person, this must be notified to IRISA. Any terms and conditions mentioned above and below will apply to this person also.

General terms and conditions:

• All seminar guests are responsible for observance of any regulations concerning visa, foreign exchange, customs and insurance.
• All seminar guests are responsible for ensuring adequate insurance cover for their visit, including health and travel.  This is strongly recommended.
• In the event that unforeseen circumstances make it necessary for IRISA to cancel any booking, IRISA will refund any money that may have been paid, or may, at its discretion, offer an alternative booking.
